Rishabh brings a wealth of expertise in capital project financial management and delivery, having worked across a range of industries, both public and private, including railways, state government, IT, utilities, and education.

Seshadri holds a Bachelor of Engineering and brings over 45 years of high-quality local and international experience in railway signal design, implementation, testing, and assessment across Australia and India. His credentials include MCP, MIRSE, MIRSTE, MIRT, FIE(Aust), CPEng, NER, APEC Engineer, IntPE(Aus), RPEQ, and RPEV.
